The IJ part of the Judgment is prior to His Second Coming, as the IJ will have been completed at His Second Coming when He brings the results of the IJ with Him in the separation of the sheep from the goats, the wheat from the tares, etc.

The IJ began with the dead at the end of the 2300 year prophecy and will end with the IJ of the living just prior to the Close of Probation and His then Second Coming.

I am sure you can start a thread on that. Or post in one of the threads already on the topic. But I addressed your initial question, based on the statement to the other poster. And I showed texts that indicate interaction, investigation after the 2nd coming, from Scripture.

This thread is regarding Ellen White's statements that Millers' message that Jesus was coming in 1843 was "truth", "heavenly", and that those who rejected it were judged for it--even though it was a false message, and against Scripture:

Matthew 24:4 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
I Thessalonians 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
