After reading a particular book, I have come to realize that complementarianism is not an accurate interpretation of the Bible. I'm realizing more and more each day that egalitarianism has more accurate interpretations of the New Testament.

What resources (websites, books, etc) are good for learning the New Testament? I know of Sheila Wray Gregoire and Marg Mowczko.

I want to understand the "controversial" Bible passages by Paul (and any other ones).

Mike Bird's YouTube channel has some great videos. He's mostly a scholar of the early church, but he also tackles the theology of gender. This is a good one of his to watch first:

There are so many books it's almost hard to know where to start. Is there a particular angle that interests you most?

Often those discussions are part of commentaries on Biblical books that are not just focussed on gender issues, but here's a list of titles you might like to check out:

The Ministry of Women in the New Testament: Reclaiming the Biblical Vision for Church Leadership (Dorothy Lee)
Holding Up Half the Sky: A Biblical Case for Women Leading and Teaching in the Church (Graham Joseph Hill)
Patterns of Ministry Among the First Christians (Kevin Giles)
Paul and Gender: Reclaiming the Apostle's Vision for Men and Women in Christ (Cynthia Long Westfall)
Encountering God in Tyrannical Texts: Reflections on Paul, Women, and the Authority of Scripture (Frances Taylor Gench).

Note: I haven't read all of these books myself, and I may not agree with the authors on every point they make (although Dorothy Lee and Kevin Giles in particular are, in my experience - and I know them both personally - very good value). But they will help you explore the range of views and ideas out there, and certainly give you a lot to think about.

I want to find explanations on Pauline texts that are about women, and what the Greek originally says.

You already mentioned Marg Mowczko. I've known her for years. You won't find anyone better than her. Paidiske mentioned Cynthia Long Westfall's book, Paul and Gender. That's one of my favorite books. It's very academic.
Philip Payne's Man and Woman, One in Christ is another academic level book that gets a lot into the Greek. He devotes 100 pages to 1 Corinthians 11 alone, but he addresses all the key passages extensively. It will help if you can at least read and recognize the Greek words. He doesn't use Strong's numbers.

Some newer books that are really good are Tell Her Story by Nijay Gupta and How God Sees Women by Terrance Williams. Both are excellent.

And one can't leave off Discovering Biblical Equality. Now in its third Edition, it's the egalitarian response to the complementarian argument set forth by CBMW.
