Do you know any downloadable Bible apps for a desktop computer, that are good for printing?

I create bible study lessons, and I need to copy and paste bible verses into my own Word documents. But Bible Hub is difficult to use because the text is full of hyperlinks and formatting info. Other online bibles are spaced too far apart or they separate verses, separate them to different pages, or are difficult to navigate. Its horrible, all I want is a text like it is in a standard bible. Preferably NASB, and it would be nice to have a red letter one. Downloadable is what I need, I'll pay good money for a good one. There are good ones for phones, and Kindles and Fire tablets, but none i can find for desktops. I need it for my IMAC DESKTOP computer. HELP
Thanks ZELOS

I just need the text to look like this, without having to reformat it all the time.....

There was a man sent from God whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all might believe. 8 He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. 9 The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. 11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.

Sorta funny. Even though I removed the formatting and hyperlinks (I had assumed) still some browser somehow hyperlinked the text in the verse I posted above in #1. And wrongly too, it combined John with the 7 to lead one to chapter 7, which wasnt wanted, demonstrating just why I need text without the online hyperlinks etc.

Some word processors are piggy backed on a spread sheet. The default is to interpret all numbers as numeric functions in an equation. The only way to fix this in a text document (and I have tried every other option I could think of) is to declare the number as a field entry by using a non numeric indicator. In other words put an ' apostrophy in front of the number

for instance

1. This is a numeric entry
'1. This is a non numeric entry

I would think this would be the case when editing (removing) hyperlinks
