What "activist judges"? There is a thread here noting that over 40 (and climbing) judges who have rebuked the Trump admin at various levels of the courts. Those judges consist of appointees of Reagan, Clinton, both Bushes, Obama, Biden, and judges Trump appointed himself. It seems your definition of an "activist judge" is someone you disagree with plain and simple. You would think one would take pause given the level of consensus from this wide spectrum of bipartisan appointees when it comes to Trump trampling over laws. But no, all those judges are just activist judges.

But imo the felony part of the laws he violated should be considered unconstitutional, the way its implemented at trial. Meanwhile he skates on much more important felonies where his guilt would be clear cut to the public.
