To be honest (thanks for starting the separate thread though), I kind of like the idea of Satan on a necklace (BEAR WITH ME LOL, READ THE REST) if it involves showing the Saint defeating satan in one way or another. HOWEVER, it is completely up to you if you are OK with that or not. I don't think it's wrong either way, PROVIDED that satan is being shown in that kind of context. I would rather not have satan on the necklace, but I think the intention behind it is also important.
I really, really hope this doesn’t come off as being insensitive since you’re a former Muslim.

There’s a Church in Bologna (Italy) that shows artwork of Muhammad in hell.

I thought that was interesting to note!

It bothered me so much I just couldn’t wear it. I almost bought a new one today with no satan on it, but decided on a St. Jude medal instead.
I got my St Jude medal last week and had it blessed as soon as I opened the box it came in.
