I think the best song I've ever heard live was "Four Horsemen" by Metallica. I have not heard anything better since.
Also amazing live was "Into the Void" by Black Sabbath. Simply stunning.
"Around the World" was the very first song I heard live by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and it sold me on that band to the point that from then (mid 2000's) till today I call them my favorite band.
But the absolutely most amazing and moving musical performance of any kind that I've ever seen was Handel's Messiah at Carnegie Hall here in NYC.
Honorable Mention:
The Cult - She Sells Sanctuary
Third Eye Blind - London
Deep Purple - Knockin on your Door
Guns N Roses - Paradise City (I was at the performance they filmed for the video)
I'll add more if I think of any
