1 Chronicles 16:14-15 "He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth. Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations;"

1 Chronicles 16:8-22 is repeated in Psalm 105:1-15 with some changes. This verse is one of them. Psalm 105:7-8 reads, "He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth. He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations."

This is not a contradiction: rather it's a different perspective, and both statements are true. "Be ye mindful always of his covenant;" and "He hath remembered his covenant for ever." In fact we can even say "Be ye mindful always of his covenant, BECAUSE He hath remembered his covenant for ever,

Proverbs 8:8-9 is speaking of the Wisdom of God: "All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them. They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge."
Proverbs 2:6 says " For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding"

Note here, speaking of the words of His mouth, "They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge."
"But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." (1 Corinthians 2:15)

If you're finding it hard to understand the Bible, you must examine whether you have the Spirit: whether you have been born again.
John 3:5-7,
"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again"

From there, if you know you have been born again, pray for wisdom. Sometimes it is Satan who tries to cloud your mind from understanding, but know that the Word of God is far more powerful than the devil!
James 1:5,
"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him."

Psalm 147:11, "The Lord taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy."

Be ye mindful of His covenant, and fear before the LORD; Hope in His mercy and seek His wisdom, and His words shall be plain to you, for in them is sanctification, and all things necessary to godliness, and in the end eternal life. Amen.
