I have a Muslim friend who would say no.

He wouldn't even celebrate Thanksgiving. He said it was a Christian holiday, and I'm like.. "it is?" Lol.

I don't know about the Christian holiday part, but a lot of Muslims abstain from celebrating things that are annual besides the two 'Eids that we have. Lots make an exception for those that are purely non-religious, though to be on the safe side lots of others don't celebrate them either.

As for eating chocolate eggs, I'm planning on buying some after Easter is over (nom nom nom). I do the same after Halloween and Valentine's Day.

On the other hand, if someone specifically gave me something as a gift for Easter or Christmas, then I probably couldn't accept it.

Me too. Why pay full price?

I don't have any problem celebrating other people's holy days when I'm with them. Among Baha'is however, we try to stick to Baha'i Holy Days.
