Any Fasting Testimonies?

After a 3 day liquid fast, God healed me of a broken heart! His presence filled my room and I even saw a vision concerning my heart. I feel led to fast for others as well.

So any stories to share? God does amazing things through this! A lady prayed for her husband to be saved for 10 yrs. After praying AND FASTING he came to Christ in 11 days, amen?

Oh ty future! Yes, fasting is a bondage breaker, it brings you closer to God, healings etc! Its teaches you self-control and God just really honors it!!

The ppl who helped me most understand fasting is Marilyn Hickey and Derek Prince. Both have fasting teachings on YouTube. Amen!! Good stuff!

When I was a young Christian, I fasted and prayed for a group of disabled people I would visit as a part of a visitation program. I fasted for a round a week, toward the end of the week the Holy Spirit told me to go in and visit them, I did not know why, as it was not my normal visitation day. When I went in one of the group who had been unable to speak due to brain damage had began to speak again. Shortly after he was returned to his family, however this was only a partial healing, as he still had trouble walking from his injuries.

Thats awesome! That was a great healing! I may have another miracle to share from recent fasting. This is another SUPER miracle!

I know we are not suppose to chase miracles. But sometimes God is the only one that can heal a situation. Much Praise! To go home and to speak? We serve a wonderful God! Thank You for sharing Future!

There are many testimonies I would love to share with you and will post at another time from fasting thrice weekly and daily at times with Jesus Christ our Saviour healing family members and others; one family member on three occasions and myself within the ten day period during 2011.

Yes. I have fasted before. The longest one was a 6 days water
fast. It truly helped me to understand the word of God better
than before.

What I learned also is that its good and desirable to fast in a
safe way: Enough water, vitamin supplement and electrolyte
supplements.

Hi LadyJazz,

I fast with Prayer and have done regularly/weekly over the years with Jesus Christ our Saviour and The Blessed Virgin Mary Mother of God answering every one of the prayers prayed for all Holy Causes and all World Causes including personal prayers all answered (always in Jesus/God's Holy Will) and in the most wonderfully "knocking off my socks" kind of ways in His Love and Holiness.

Isnt it joyous and indescribable when all prayers are answered by Jesus/God, The Holy Spirit and The Blessed Virgin Mary - many years later Jesus and Mother Mary are still knocking off my socks daily and weekly - with all prayers answered - now my daughter in her 20's is praying daily to Jesus and The Blessed Virgin Mary Mother of God (last year and this year) with Jesus/God answering my Daughter's prayers (she is now repenting her sins and receiving Jesus' Blessed Sacraments of Love) and coming closer to Jesus Christ our Saviour than ever before - may God always continue Blessing you and answering all of your prayers - I love you my Sister in Jesus Christ our Saviour for being selfless fasting and praying for others - and including you in The Blessed Virgin Mary's Holy Rosary Ladyjazz - I wish you a Merry Merry Christmas.
