So, I've often found that anime that appear to be safe at first glance often contain either overtly sinful content (extreme fan service and the like) or non-christian messages (such as revolting against the divine).
So, as someone who has watched a lot of anime, I thought I would compile a list of anime that I know to be safe (and that are good).
Just because it is on this list, does not mean that it is completely sinless. I would pray before watching any anime (or reading a book, or watching a movie) asking for guidance, and spiritual protection. You know your tenancies and what your temptations are.
I'll add more as I remember/watch more.

- My Hero Acadamia
- Land of the Lusterous
- Planetes (No that's not misspelled)
- Charlotte
- Chuunibyou, Love, and Other Delusions!
- Fullmetal Alchemist
- Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri
- Made in Abyss (Not for the faint of heart, but very good)
- One Punch Man
- Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet
- Cowboy Bebop
- Grave of the fireflies
- Steins;Gate
- Haibane Renmei (Has a very Christian message about the importance forgiving yourself, Christ has taken away our guilt and shame.)
