I was with a group of people I knew, but in real life do not know them. We all were taking a trip together for some type of purpose other than just vacation. We were at the airport for our return trip home. I was told that there was not enough room on our return flight for me, therefore I would have to fly alone on another plane. I was not too happy about flying separately from the group, but I did not complain, and figured if it must be, then ok. The group left on their flight home, but I was at my gate waiting to board my flight any minute. While waiting, I realized had the urge to go to the restroom, and I could not 'hold' it. I asked the boarding agent if I had time to run to the bathroom real quick before my flight, and she answered yes, if I hurry.
I ran to the restroom, and it was empty, so I ran into the first stall I saw, used the bathroom, felt very relieved, and rushed out. When I stepped out of the stall, however, I noticed a whole line of annoyed\angry women ( I was in ladies' room, bc I am a woman) waiting to use the stalls, and one of them said to me immediately before I was even all the way out of the stall, 'The LINE is this way!(pointing) Didn't you SEE this long line? You jumped ahead of everyone!!'
I apologized to the people, but was kind of dumbfounded bc, when I had entered the restroom, it was (or looked to be) empty, which I tried to explain to them. I then rushed out of the restroom and found myself standing with my pastor's wife & asking her about the dilemma of the restroom. I asked her if she thought God might have caused me to 'not see' the line of people, bc He knew I had a plane to catch and I only had a few minutes before the flight to use the restroom. He knew I would miss my flight if I got in the long line? My pastor's wife was listening but before I knew it, the scene in the dream changed, and I was back at the door of the restroom, and I said to the line of people still waiting: 'I apologize, but that's just how God's grace works sometimes!'

This dream is saying that you have a path that is established for your alone. Going home via air suggests spiritual healing and a move toward greater intimacy with the Lord.

As FY suggests, using the restroom is about sanctification. Sanctification has two purposes: character change and greater intimacy with God, and greater ability to minister.

The problem with the people on the line reflects the resistance we get when we move forward spiritually. Human judgments try to force us "into line", but God knows none of it. He calls whom He calls, and it's on His timetable, not man's. man's judgments are superficial and as fleeting as the wind, as the formation of that line shows.

Your comments to the pastor's wife and to the people reaffirm each other. This is a sovereign call of God. You're not trying to step on anyone's toes, but you are accountable to follow God's call. I believe you're being exhorted to do just that, and not to give man's natural judgments inordinate consideration.

The fear of people becomes a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD will be set on high. -Prov 29:25

Good feedback.

I was told that there was not enough room on our return flight for me.
You may find your self in a situation where circumstances cause you to stay longer than you expect in that situation.

Not sure if you have been in your work, church or any ministry context long, but you also may find the Lord opening up opportunities for you when you and others believe they are more qualified, mature & have been waiting longer. "You don't deserve it" - that's grace as you say.

Here's some more queue jumpers.

Note that they weren't rebuked for smashing a hole in someone's roof. Jesus didn't day "Look! You have made a hole in this person's roof in front of everyone and you interupted me in the process. Now fix it immediately." Imagine how the atmosphere would have been different with this response. There's no mention even of whether they attempted to repair it on not- that's how unimportant it was.

People see a hole & damage, Jesus sees faith.

Mark 2: 1 A few days later, when Jesus again entered Capernaum, the people heard that he had come home. 2 They gathered in such large numbers that there was no room left, not even outside the door, and he preached the word to them. 3 Some men came, bringing to him a paralyzed man, carried by four of them. 4 Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus by digging through it and then lowered the mat the man was lying on. 5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”

I think the more grasp we have on God's grace, the less others can make us feel guilty for being blessed, & the less we feel we need to apologize.

These people also sound like the complainng woman in your dream. In this case it is "God" who causes them to queue-jump rather than the people themselves who queue-jump.

Matt 20:10 So when those came who were hired first, they expected to receive more. But each one of them also received a denarius. 11 When they received it, they began to grumble against the landowner. 12 ‘These who were hired last worked only one hour,’ they said, ‘and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the work and the heat of the day.’

13 “But he answered one of them, ‘I am not being unfair to you, friend. Didn’t you agree to work for a denarius? 14 Take your pay and go. I want to give the one who was hired last the same as I gave you. 15 Don’t I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?’ 16 “So the last will be first, and the first will be last.”
