    I'm 17 years old and ever since I was 13 I've been depressed lately it has just become worse and I fear i might give into the thoughts. My family is baptist I'm currently unsure of my beliefs let me jump to the question does suicide mean you go to hell?

    How does one stop anticipating the worst and not give in to fear?

    Main problem I feel like I have a loss of control over my thoughts. I try to replace overly negative fearful ones with positive ones instead but a voice (in my mind) keeps telling me ''what if this fear is true? you should dwell on it to stay on guard'' and I can't seem to let go of my fears...
