President Trump sat with Fox News’ Bret Baier for a pre-Super Bowl interview. Then he attended the big game in New Orleans, making him the first U.S. president to ever do so.
During the interview, Trump described the differences between his first presidency and this current one. For example, he noted that during his first term, he was surrounded by a lot of people who posed opposition to his agenda. With his second term, he said it’s different — he’s built a strong team.
Trump also told Baier that he “100 percent disagreed” with an Obama-appointed federal judge who ruled to block Elon Musk’s DOGE team from accessing the Treasury’s systems to uncover possible fraud and mismanagement. Trump insisted the government must continue to bring an end to fraud, waste, and abuse, citing USAID as a prime example. The judge issued the temporary restraining order after 19 Democratic attorneys general, led by New York AG Letitia James, argued DOGE access would violate the law.
Trump said he will instruct Musk to look into the Department of Education next, followed by the Pentagon. When asked if he trusts Musk, Trump said the billionaire has “nothing to gain” from his work, as he’s volunteering out of his desire to save the country.
While at the game, Trump was spotted several times alongside his daughter, Ivanka. During the National Anthem, the crowd went absolutely wild when the cameras caught Trump giving a legendary salute. In contrast, the crowed booed viciously when the cameras displayed Chiefs fan and Kamala Harris supporter, pop star Taylor Swift.
The game itself was uneventful as the Eagles won: 40-22. The halftime show was awful, showcasing a hip-hop star who was barely understandable and put on a performance that was highly ridiculed online.

"Dominates" lol

What hyperbolic drivel.

I watched most of the interview. Nothing very remarkable in that softball match. I watched the whole game. Beginning to end. I missed him on the Jumbotron and no mention of him during the game. The only reason it's "historic" is because what? Dude went to a football game? It's not something other Presidents couldn't have done. It's just that this convicted felon of a president needed the attention. Gotta be about him. His supporters really do worship this guy like a king. He can do no wrong and everything he does is "right" and "good" and "amazing." Oh, BTW the team he was rooting for lost. Dude ruins everything. The country will be next.

If anything shows MAGA is out of touch it's that Kendrick Lamar seems to be the real talk of the internet and, even though it's sort of negative, Taylor Swift is living rent-free as usual in the collective consciousness.

As usual, though, MAGA lives in a different reality than the rest of us.

Although the "celebration in the city of Philadelphia has nothing at all to do with President Trump, I figured that it would be okay to post this story here about the almost totally out of control "celebration" that happened Sunday night in Philly.

Scenes of chaos erupted in Philadelphia Sunday night following the Eagles’ Super Bowl win with fans in team colors seen setting fires, smashing light poles and chanting.

Footage captured by FreedomNewsTV purportedly showed a crowd looting a laundry truck and tossing towels into the air. Police then were seen responding to a fire as a pile of the laundry was set ablaze.
In another clip, two individuals could be seen toppling a light pole. Once it hit the ground, a crowd rushed around it and started smashing it with their feet. Then members of the crowd picked the pole up and started carrying it through the city’s downtown area.

Videos also showed fans climbing on top of light poles, street signs, bus stops, trucks and trees. In one scene, fans re-enacted the Eagles’ signature "tush push" play.
The Philadelphia Police Department told Fox News Digital that it arrested 47 people during the demonstrations, including on charges of vandalism and assaulting a police officer.
With the Eagles blowing out the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX, the party was on earlier than expected on Broad Street.

The Birds stopped the Chiefs' quest for three consecutive titles with their 40-22 victory in the big game, good for their second Lombardi Trophy in franchise history.

Well before the game ended, Eagles fans took to the streets of Philadelphia to start the party.

Oh that's crazy...

Americans don't normally become violent when they win.

Our country is degenerating aren't we?

Why did the POTUS seek make Super Bowl Sunday about himself?

Then why the thread that says “Trump dominates the Super Bowl”?
The title of the thread was meant to be at least a little humorous, instead of straight up serious.

It's criminal that Hurts got Superbowl MVP over Donald Trump and his 2.5 sacks (a half sack short of the Superbowl record first set by Reggie White in 1997), 3 QB hits and 6 tackles.

Oh okay, maybe at Super Bowl LX he can stay in the White House or MAL and let the football players own the day?

*chuckles* Donald Trump didn't play, but I do like your sense of humor there.

IMO, It looks like the vast majority of fans in the Superdome appreciated and enjoyed President Trump being there at the Super Bowl.
