Guys and gals, Joe Biden will step down after 2024. Hopefully, we can get someone younger, and more in the center. This is breaking news, so I will update you guys quickly. As a guy nearer to the center, this could be the change the US needs. Or, maybe we should vote for Peter Sonski, the pro-life, pro-environment and pro-family candidate. Now, if Trump could peacefully step down in 2024, and both parties have new, young candidates, that would be even better.

Will she work? Sometimes, Kamala beats around the bush, and does not get to the point quickly enough, and she has even cussed on the airwaves. But, I am not here to judge. Jesus told us to not judge others, as stated in Matthew 7.

As bad as Biden was, Kamala would be worse by an order of magnitude. At least that is my strong and informed opinion. Make of it what you will.

It is beyond my comprehension that they would choose her unless nobody else will volunteer. Which is actually possible if they expect any kind of future in politics. If only Jimmy Carter were eligible...a guy can dream.

Jimmy Carter would be a better president, even though he is almost a century old. Who knows what the future holds.

Ironically, I feel better about him as our president now than I ever have. I never thought he’d step back, never in a million. In removing himself, he did the most unequivocally presidential, people/country first thing one can do as a leader.

Now I’m going to bask in the few hours I can pretend that Michelle Obama will run in his place before moving on to the hard work.

Agreed. Same here, potentially. Even the RNC had some issues, with an opening prayer that was not to our Christian God, though that was for another thread which I made a few days ago, and I regret some of the stuff I said about Sikhism, as Jesus told us not to judge.

We might have a major shift in one or both parties over the next few months.
