I honestly don't think he will address it - if you have listened to the times he spoke about addiction, I think he is actually empathetic.

I just saw him speak about it. He did good, he talked about his brother and about addiction and said it’s complicated.

AFAIK, Hunter's defense didn't object that any of the texts or photos shown in court by the FBI were inauthentic.

(Texts and photos released to the NY Post by Rudy Giuliani are a different matter.)
