Your welcome, I love both of these. Its easier for two to work together on the tortillas: one rolling and one cooking. The first few are harder to make but it gets easier the more you make them.
The cereal as I note can be halved, or doubled, I tend to make the smallest version and roll out one per day. It would make four to five servings and is very filling.

Probably too dry but it might be better tasting than oat matza. maybe I try it and find out.
