As long as she didn't go after people because of their political views she will have no problem with prosecution. It has become obvious that there are those in government who are persecuting people who dare speak out against their policies. I think their time is growing short, I think more people are experiencing the results of a hard left controlled government and don't like it. We will see come next election.
