Please notice that this is a somewhat different question from asking you if you believe he is correct in his analysis of what he experienced.

I personally do believe that his analysis is accurate and fits with II Corinthians 12:2-4... but my question is do you at least think that he had some sort of visionary experience that he believes he has some understanding of?

Are you open to the possibility that the serious and sometimes fatal illness that he reports having had also disappeared after his near death experience?

Could his healing have been a "spontaneous remission" or do you think that he is only imagining that he was healed?

Please notice the testimony of his wife toward the end of the video......... Was she accurate in reporting that Jim was in a depressed state until he began to tell of his experience?

Some people believe everything is a miracle. Some people believe nothing is a miracle. My heart stopped once and my wife called 911. The medics used their defibrillator to revive me. Later on I talked to the fire chief and asked how often are they able to revive someone if the heart is stopped when they get there. He said one in 1200. Later on I asked the fire chief from another city and he said my chances were one in 1500. The Bible says our chance of getting into Heaven is one in three. I can not take credit because I was unconscious. It was my wife and son that prayed and cried out to God for me. On Aug 9, 2005 they put a defibrillator in me. On Jan 19, 2015 when the battery got weak they put a new devise in me. Today I am still alive to tell people the story and they can decide if it was a miracle or not.

This is the term that doctors use for recovery when they have no medical explanation. God is able to do restoration miracles beyond what man can do apart from God.

I totally agree..... back in 1980 or 1981 my then girl friend talked me into
being anointed with oil and prayed for by two pastors.......
within a couple of months the pain from my rheumatoid arthritis was totally gone......... and I had suffered from it since I had been fourteen years old.

I know that I know that the following promise really works:

James 5:14 "Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him."

I watched the first testimony. He was saying, "The grass is always greener on the other side." Some guy was trying to sell me a book or something. My screen froze during the second testimony. I think it is due to high network traffic.

God can heal. God gives visions, dreams and advice to people.

I was staying in a homeless shelter and had been picking oranges during days. I had a dream about a thick winter shirt hanging in an orange tree. An exact image of the shirt was planted in my mind when I woke up. Within two or three days I saw the exact same shirt in a thrift store and my mind was filled with joy as I picked it up to buy it. The long sleeves protected my wrists from the thorny branches when I was on a ladder picking oranges. I have many times more possessions now, but I always remember that was one time God told me God knew everything and God loved me.

Thank you for this encouraging information. I also know several people who receive fairly regular guidance through dreams and other types of experiences. You are correct.... this shows us that we are loved and guided by G-d.

What happened to his vow to give the proceeds of his book to the poor? Has anyone heard which programs he has given the funds too? He said he had money before the NDE and could buy anything that his heart desired. Since his NDE is he also using his vast wealth to help the poor? Personally I think if he were investigated we would find he is lining his pockets with the money from his book. I DO NOT believe his story since he first said, he had died in his truck and then reentered his body while still in the truck. Later he says he was on life support... If you also look at his personal Facebook page you will find a picture of he and his wife, dressed to the nines (she in a ball gown and he in a tuxedo) He said he had Guanine Barr Syndrome and in the same pic he looks very very healthy to me!

I personally do believe in dreams from God. I have had several. One was very compelling when I was shown my brother had made heaven cause he told me he had met Thaddeus and I had NEVER heard of Thaddeus before.. no teaching.. no preaching on this person. I had to get up and research who this man was! I then knew beyond doubt he was truly there!!

Judge them favorably? What if there is nothing about them that is favorable? We aren't supposed to lie because the bible says that all liars will have their part in the lake of fire.
