Revealing Secrets
Do you enjoy putting together puzzles?
If you are like me, you find doing so, both relaxing, and enjoyable... that is, if you are making progress.
As most people realize, understanding the message of the Bible, can be likened to putting together a puzzle.
Doing so, is not as easy as putting together a regular puzzle though.
This is because the message of the Bible is wrapped up in a mystery, or secret, which God reveals only to his servants - that is, the truly humble, and honest at heart, babes.
Mark 4:11, 12
11 And He said to them, “To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables, 12 so that
‘Seeing they may see and not perceive,
And hearing they may hear and not understand;
Lest they should turn,
And their sins be forgiven them.’ ”

God has done this, and this good news is being spread throughout the earth.
However, let's get back to puzzles.

We can apply this to putting together the pieces of the puzzle in the Bible.
So, let's do that. Let's consider the distinct parts of the puzzle that helps reveal the message of the Bible.

Corresponding Greek / Hebrew Entries: While there is no direct Hebrew equivalent for "mustérion," the concept of divine secrets or mysteries can be related to the Hebrew word סוֹד (sod, Strong's H5475), meaning "counsel" or "secret."
Usage: In the New Testament, "mustérion" refers to a divine secret or truth that is hidden from human understanding but revealed by God through His Spirit. It often pertains to God's redemptive plan, which was once concealed but is now disclosed to believers. The term underscores the idea that certain aspects of God's will and purpose are beyond human comprehension until God chooses to reveal them.
