Well I'm a christian and I do take my faith seriously, though I've been wondering if recently I haven't been doing enough or if what I do isn't right.

Okay, I honestly am a fan of music in general, specifically rock. I love how it sounds and how clever the songs can be. However, most bands I like aren't exactly christian. I listen to Fall Out Boy, All Time Low, Sublime, Panic! at the Disco, etc. .
Their music is unconventional to say to the least. Yet catchy. Panic! especially,
however they concern me the most
because they're kinda critical of religion.
Mainly the main singer who once made comments about the rapture at one of his
concerts.
I don't know what to think because apart
from their personal views, the bands I
listed above have addicting music.
Though would you say its wrong to listen to?

When listening to music, the performers are just the servants. I don't idolize them, I just tell them, "sing monkey, play the instruments monkeys!".
I had a problem with some songs I listened to before. One song was bad because it was about being "the children of death".
I listen to Linkin Park because it's powerfully emotionally charging, and helps to motivate me.
Let's just not go overboard and cut out bible-reading to listen to music.
