Help Needed! How to stop a friend from suicide? (Unsure of the validity)

Here is the case: A Christian girl in Egypt has a friend who wants to commit suicide on 2/2.
Keep in mind:
1. Her friend might not be a Christian (so please brainstorm to find all ways to help her if she is non-Christian).
2. Her friend might not be honest and playing with her emotions or the other way around, she might be serious.
3. It is apparent that there is NO suicide help-line in Egypt.
4. It looks like the Christian girl doesn't know what to do, she knows, but maybe afraid of calling any authority, most authorities in Egypt are hopeless anyway.
5. I'm not their friend, i might only transfer your advices to the Christian girl.

I think that person should get into touch with another suicide help organisation, perhaps via online chat.

In such cases, going to experts is always preferable to trying things on your own.

Sadly, you are right, i checked their website, no service in Egypt.

The best thing your friend can do for her suicidal friend is to spend time with her, as much as possible, and don't let her be alone on days around the potential suicide date. Suicides are more likely to happen when a person is alone.

Certain traits greatly increase the risk that the suicide plan becomes reality. One trait is bipolar. Another trait is less fear of pain that could exhibit as cutting herself or hobbies that risk pain or injury (e.g. MMA fighting).

The friend of the person needs to ask direct questions about the suicide plans and reasons without trying to debate them.
