Wysox Township Supervisor Victor Franklin, 63, was arrested for intentionally and knowingly viewing and possessing child [sexual imagery].


The tip that was made regarded an “image file,” uploaded on Sept. 16, 2023, which “depicts a prepubescent female,” according to the criminal complaint.

The officer claims to have “identified numerous images/videos depicting child XXX,” and that “a number of the images/videos depicted sexual contact with prepubescent and pubescent children,” according to the criminal complaint.

Gross. I tried checking for the police report, but it might be available on request from the PSP police department. But me personally, that would be something too dark and gross to read.
