In my opinion, son of god must be evaluated according to "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God."
First christians was jews and early christianity was a sect of judaism but Jesus was against established system and understanding in contemporary judaism. after paul, christianity has become a separate religion.

What is the name of this book?

I am reading Phil Yancey's book the Jesus I never knew. Its really good and shows how the church misses a whole aspect of the teaching fo Jesus and how Jesus lived.
