Israelis and Jews are one in the same. One of the main reasons why Israel exists as a nation is because six million Jews were killed by Nazis.

It is about Biden and US support for Israel in their war with Hamas.

Which also involves US democrat support for Hamas, thus the conflict of interest in the US and the OP article.

American Jews are not Israelis unless they have dual citizenship or are immigrants from Israel. The non-Jewish Israelis are mostly Arabs and a mixture of Christians and Muslims.

This conflation of "Jew" and "Israeli" is a serious part of the problem here. We have people who object to the existence of pro-Palestinian, anti-war demonstrations as "anti-semetic" because they are protesting the actions of Israel. Among the protesters, some make the same false, confused conflation and focus their ire with Israel on all Jews which is particularly bad in places (like the US) where only a tiny number of Jews are Israeli. You can also find those among the protesters who were old fashion Jew-hating bigots to begin with.
