Every Christian religion, denomination and sectarian claims to be standing in the proper and God ordained way church. But each of them have different names. Fr example the Baptist, the Church or Christ, The Church of God, the Catholic, Lutheran, Pentecostal and many others, claims to be the perfect foundation of the church which Jesus have founded. Each of them have several views in handling the truth, some of them misleading. But almost all of them follows the main culture of the Catholic. They celebrate much on christmas day and birthday. They have the same incomplete gospel on salvation. They have the same believe that when your loved one dies it goes to heaven.

What does the Bible view about following the foundation of the church? or the correct addressing of the church?

The first formal church established in the Bible is the church in Jerusalem. This has no other name but the word church plus its city, or municipal location.

When Saul came to persecute the believers, many of them sought refuge in the Province of Galacia, some went to Samaria, Corinth and many other places.

The epistles then addresses the believers in a certain place as the church in Corinth, churches of Galacia.

Going over the book of Revelation, Jesus asked John to write letter to the 7 churches which was in Asia, church in Ephesus, church in Smyrna, Tiatira, Pergamon, Sardins, Philadelpia and Laodicea.

This is the proper addressing of the church which is alive today.
