And we have a really heavy downpour again - if @S.ilvio has this sort of weather I would not be at all surprised - it's ghastly here - all I can hear is rain coming down from the skies by the bucketload and drumming on my roof of the sun lounge

And of course we also now have the date for the General Election in the UK

Oh - life is soooo much fun

I'm fed up with this weather. I honestly think it has rained ALL day

I want to get out for a decent walk - I NEED to walk but I don't need to return home and find that everything I have on is sodden

A pleasant day here.

We're window shopping for a new bathroom today. All of the showrooms are in the west of the city so it's a long bus ride...

Well - that's today's soccer match just finished - thankfully . So far all is well [ it was a Celtic v Rangers Final ] but all is not over till we find out about any rioting etc after the fans leave the stadium .

Tomorrow there will be Ladies soccer match in the same Place - and it's a slightly earlier start time - but as I won't be heading to Church I cannot get caught up in any trouble .

@S.ilvio that's likely to be a very expensive window shopping session - the best of luck with it - though it has to be admitted that sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and get whatever is the best prospect for you

I do feel sorry for these two ladies teams playing at Hampden this afternoon - they must be getting a trifle soggy

I hope we all have a good weekend - hopefully with some decent weather .
I suspect that this curious weather has been affecting us all - more rain than usual , and it's been almost torrential at times too and then when you add in the wind ...........

I've almost forgotten what summer can be like
