Pastor's Job?

This is the same thing as the "Deacon's Job" question...we know what the Bible says are the qualifications of a Pastor. What do you believe are the jobs of a pastor?

I'm very curious to hear everyone's beliefs and opinions on these topics!

The pastor is the spiritual leader or overseer of the local church. He is the church's undershepherd under Christ. He is to "feed" the church the Word of God. He is to be a spiritual guide & protector of his flock. He is to be a soul winner. He is to be a godly example to others. Again, this is a short version - not all inclusive. It really depends on the church & the needs of the church & community in which he is serving!
