My Step Son Left....

Last Friday at Midnight...or there abouts...my step-son left to go to Iraq. Right now, he is in Kuwait, and will eventually be in Baghdad...He just got married on the 19th of September.

emails...YES!!
Phone calls....last one was at 4 am


He's OK, but I worry.....but he is receptive to my prayers

Hearing from him in any way is good. Emails, 4 a.m. phone calls, whatever he does it is great for you to hear from him. From what I hear from friends who have loved ones deployed, this is quite a roller coaster ride. Know you are in my prayers as is your son.
