What could you use the juice for besides salad dressing? It has oil, vinegar and spices?

Keep the juice in the jar, add a dash of olive oil, Dijon mustard and mixed garlic or shallots. Shake it up and you can use it in salad. Or you can use it to marinate other veggies or chicken breasts.
