This reminds me of how ideology has crept into the UN under UNRWA where they were actually supporting terrorism. They became so ideologically motivated that they were blind to even terrorism thinking had crept into their orgqanisation.
The same thing happened in the UK where TRavistock Gender Clinic (GID) the main clinic for people suffering gender incongruence waas closed down due to fast tracking young volnurable people into hormone therapy and surgeries.
The NHS who are the national health system got rid of the ideological basis used for GID such as Affirmation and Transition and replaced it with therapy based treatments as a first treatment option and after an Inquiry they found that Trans Affirming treatment was completely baseless and and not scientific. Much of the Gender Clinics guidelines were from WPATH.
This has happened in other nations like Canada, US and Australia and now theres a growing number of young people many gays and lesbians as well as Austic and psychological impaired who are suing due toi not having proper informed consent and being given false information which has ruined their lives.

Thus, there can be no doubt that we are currently witnessing one of the greatest crimes in the history of modern medicine.
It not over and there are many who are still pushing this ideology and unscientific idea. We will look back on this as one of the worst cases of institutionalised child abuse.
