Hi guys,
I've been working on a wonderful Easter musical/cantata for about 4 months or so now and just yesterday, I got Laryngitis. Our first performance is tonight, followed by a performance on Saturday and Sunday nights. The Laryngitis is not terribly bad, but it's bad enough to keep me from singing. While I don't want to hurt my vocal chords, I REALLY want to sing in at LEAST one of those performances! Is there anything I can do?
I have been drinking green tea with ginger and lemon slices in it. I also haven't spoken much and have been taking stuff to sleep well for the past few days due to a cold. Other than not being able to talk and sing, I'm feeling GREAT!
