"Less than two months after Buckingham Palace confirmed King Charles III was diagnosed with cancer, sources exclusively reveal to In Touch that the king is battling pancreatic cancer and has been given two years to live."

So far just Yahoo and a few other minor media sites are reporting this. Due to the longevity of his parents, I figured Charles would be on the throne another 20 years.
But if this report is true, I think he'll probably abdicate within a year. Which will bring in King William V a lot sooner than expected.

It was suggested sometime ago through the Greek media. One of the channels on YouTube mentioned it when Harry visited. There was already speculation that the situation was serious. But the British media wasn't permitted to say it. They operate under different rules in respect to the royal family than other outlets.

He'll be alright. Two years in the medical world is actually a very long time - and He's British. We're comprised of 98% teflon and 2% steel (the 2% is from all of the Irn Bru we drink.)
If he has pancreatic cancer, he won't be all right. There is no cure.

It's a devastating diagnosis for anyone. His age raises additional complications. Although the cells don't replicate as swiftly. But it will take a toll nonetheless.

There are some kinds that can be removed by an operation called a "Whipple Procedure" when caught early enough.

But if that was possible, he'd already have undergone it, I think.

I'm actually surprised they caught it this early and he's still doing so poorly.

My father died of pancreatic cancer and he found out he was sick when he had 3-6 months to live.

I wonder then why King Charles looks so poorly, is it age maybe? My dad was only in his early 40's....

My prayers for the King Charles and his family, his country as well... Cancer is a horrible thing.

Cancer sucks, some kinds more than others.

As a King not so much. He's pretty much getting the throne for days, after waiting his whole life for the crown...
It's an anachronism. He did have a very long run as a prince of the realm.

That must have been so arduous for him.

Goes to show that you shouldn't spend your life waiting for something.

Luckily, he didn't, but had a rather full life anyway.

Obviously you haven't read Prince Harry's book Waaagh.
Wasn’t aware he wrote one. I’ll put it on my reading list just after owners manuals for cars I do not own.
