Justice for modern authoritarians

I just see these people in modern times getting away with persecution of political and social opponents, abortion, trans-craziness, brainwashing youth, the whole list goes down.

But in the past after WW2, the Nazis had their trial and reckoning, but these people today continue to get a free pass? Why? I am existentially raged from this.

Funny thing is, you can be talking about both sides with how vague this is.

But in the past after WW2, the Nazis had their trial and reckoning, but these people today continue to get a free pass? Why? I am existentially raged from this.

It's wrong to assume there will always be justice for what happens on earth. Thousands and thousands of youth have been sexually hurt by members of their own parish and congregation, including by those with power.

There is often no charges pressed for these.
