Thank you, I think I know a number of people involved in the shooting sports and although I do not participate in IPSC (SP?) it is an aspect that many enjoy safely. I was mostly involved in Bullseye shooting, it is the basics, sight alignment, sight picture, grip, breath control, trigger control, follow through, etc. here is a great video that describes-
