I heard that an out of body experience/astral projection is sinful/occult but what if I happens unwilling and out of your control.Is it still a sin or does it mean you're angels,passed loved ones or God is watching to tell/show you something

Anything beyond your control is no sin. I also have very great doubts about the reality of such experiences except as an unusual mental delusion. Our understanding of the human mind is very limited at present.

If you can't control an OBE, then how could it be considered sin? I will say this though: Do not trust your flesh or any spiritual experience which is contrary to God and His word. I try to avoid most spiritual experiences for the simple reason that there are too many lies out there. I try to stick to God's Word and my faith in it.
