Does grace and or truth only come through the magisterium, the pope and bishops? Or can it come from people who wholly seek God's face, in spiritual gifts of knowledge, wisdom, gifts of prophecy, or the qualities of Isaiah 11:2, reverence, understanding, knowledge, wisdom, counsel...?

I think what was done with Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jeremiah, can still be done. I see it in John Wesley and the Moravians. And in the start of the CCR in the late sixties and in the works of the lay people in the CCR, their gifts and anointings.

God works through so many people

the laity has a special role
the clergy has a special role
and the Magisterium within the clergy has a special role

the Spirituality of John Wesley is rather interesting, I have seen a lot of good in it.... but I have also seen a lot is problematic, and some that is even bad
