Favorite Mac & Cheese Recipe (PC)

This is one of my favorites.  You will need to like cheese and a bit of heat with your food. 

• PC Organics Pasta Shells & White Cheddar Cheese Dinner
• PC 6-Year-Old Canadian White Cheddar Cheese
• Swiss and Motzeralla Cheese
• Homo Milk
• Bats Brew - Louisiana Hot Sauce
• PC Louisiana Hot Sauce

1. Cook the shells as you would normally do.
2. Finely grind up the three cheeses.
3. Once shells are done, drain water.
4. Add the grinded cheese and stir stir stir - keeping the stove on low.
5. Add the powder cheese and milk and stir stir stir.
6. Once the consistancy is smooth you can add Bats Brew and Hot Sauce.

Serve with PC Bake at Home Garlic Bread and a tall cold glass of milk.

Oh, that sounds *nice*. I may have to try it.

I mostly just do Kraft Mac&Cheese with extra cheese and black pepper.
