I've been thinking about going on an extended fast by consuming only protein/vitamin shakes. I try to keep in shape by working out everyday, and I keep my protein intake high by consuming high protein meals and shakes in order to not lose muscle.
Has anyone here ever tried this type of fast? If so, what was the end result?
