I've noticed this video on You-tube for years glanced at it a few times. Kind of expected it to be on the board here, but searching the word Liturgy I don't see it, unless a thread was posted years back on it.
I find it a little unnerving, like the animation style somehow gives me other cartoon flash backs of Speed Racer, Heckle and Jeckle, and various Warner Brothers cartoons where I start to expect wacky hijinks', especially from the characters with the Joseph Stalin mustaches.
The video does some good explanation but makes the service look more boring than it is! There is a lot more singing from the deacons, use of cymbals etc. and the chanting overall sounds better than the cartoon. I think things would work better if the cartoon showed less of the service and just focused on the important parts of the liturgy and what part of the Bible etc. they refer to and other reasons why they are done.
