"The underlying lawsuit aims to stop the Biden Administration’s “parole” scheme that allows 30,000 aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV) to enter the country each month and remain–indefinitely. The program allows these aliens–after more or less flying to the destination of their choice–to obtain work permits and ultimately claim public benefits, such as food stamps and welfare. The program floods our country with legions of illegal aliens who should not be here, only further worsening the worst immigration crisis in our nation’s history."

We all should be concerned. The article says that after parole "these illegal aliens are released into the United States without restrictions as to where they may go and without monitoring or other safeguards to track their whereabouts." Recall the 85,000 children the Biden administration lost track of, if you think that was accidental that is your opinion, although I think the lack of serious effort to find out what happened to them is telling. This is clearly deliberate.

How are they illegals if the government is flying them in?
1. The government isn't flying them in
2. If they come in illegally, i.e. not at a port of entry, then they would be disqualified from using this provision.

They don't get to remain-indefinitely. They stay while their asylum application is processed. Many applications will fail and for those, they will be sent out of the country.
The program allows these aliens–after more or less flying to the destination of their choice–to obtain work permits and ultimately claim public benefits, such as food stamps and welfare.
Well, they don't have to fly, that is just some nonsense hook the propagandists are using. They have to arrive at any port of entry. Just like any other asylum seekers are expected to do. This is the official way for all asylum seekers.
Those trying to get in by sneaking over the border are disqualified from this parole scheme and can be criminally charged for illegal entry.

We all should be concerned. The article says that after parole "these illegal aliens are released into the United States without restrictions as to where they may go and without monitoring or other safeguards to track their whereabouts."
Well, "after parole" means that they have been processed, and for those whose application is successful, yes they should be allowed anywhere in USA as they will have legal status.

isn't it odd, that people manangement is reffered to PAROLE.
maybe it should be "excused due to global political participation".
30,000 ain't much that is like .0001 population increase AND they put america in the black economically.
some join the military.
some are educated with skills.
but since they have a non texas dialect they are suspect even more than just being asylum seekers because in texas the earth needs to be poisoned.
once they get "out of jail" the keepers, those federal agents that do the assesment, set them loose because "they did their time".
imagine if they join the military and get stationed outside the US and have kids.
it is so confusing when we can just build flamethrowers and kill people over "property rights".
some of them might actually open a 7/11 and sell beer and fuel to the locals.

It appears to me they have a strong case. They argue:
"It was error for this Court to ignore that Texas had “shown injury from the CHNV Program
even under Federal Defendants’ and Intervenors’ flawed theory that overall migrant flows from
the CHNV countries could affect the Plaintiffs’ standing to challenge a specific program.” Id. The
Federal Defendants’ “own statistics now confirm the Plaintiffs’ allegation that the CHNV
Program would incentivize increased illegal immigration.” Id. at 5. The Opinion fails to consider
these publicly available facts brought to its attention in the post-trial briefing, even though the
Court found it was required to take judicial notice of such facts. Opinion at 6–7"

Crikey! Who could possibly know about this?
