We are speaking of a politician who had to drop out of the Presidential race twice because of plagiarism, who has repeated a number of debunked stories through the years.

I'll grant you that "not senile like Trump" is a pretty low bar, but there is that. And since Biden managed to outsmart the House repubilicans pretty easily on the budget negotiations, there's another fact (still a pretty low bar, but they can't all be stupid).
