The Mosaic law covenant required works in order to access God's blessings (Deut 28:1-14) Curses were levied for non-compliance (Deut 28:15-68) This covenant was cut with the blood of animals (Heb 9:18-20).
A sinless Jesus flawlessly/faithfully kept Mosaic laws, preached, taught & ultimately fulfilled all the laws requirements. Most specifically it's wage for sin/DEATH. His mission was ONLY to ISRAEL (Matt 15:24), JEWS ONLY (Rom 15:8 ). To redeem those (ISRAEL) that were under the Law (Gal 4:4-5) penalty for sin/DEATH (Rom 6:23 )
Jesus willingly (Matt 26:53) becomes sin (2 Cor 5:21) & a curse (Gal 3:13-14) offering Himself sins atonement, paying for Adam's fall (Rom 5:18-21).
Jesus sacrificial death retires the Mosaic law covenant. (Matt 27:51)
Jesus cuts the new BETTER sin management covenant with: His sinless, Once for All Time (Hed 9:28, 10:10), perpetually cleansing God Blood & places it in the Heavenly tabernacle, in the presents of the Father (Heb 9:24).
