I did a little research on drinking distilled water. It's the purest water available, made from the steam of water.EDIT : You DON'T get minerals and metals, chlorine or chemicals of ANY kind and we get essential minerals from food anyway. The wealthy and elite are said to drink distilled water and it's called by some, the fountain of youth. A well kept secret?

I researched it on medical sites and found no significant drawbacks and lots of benefits. You can buy the distilled water or get a small or large water distiller for your home depending on the size of your family. I'm not a doctor but do some research. Some will say not to drink everyday and use only for cleansing the body but others really testify to the benefits of everyday use. @brinny EDIT
