Not always but if we become routine in our intimacy I find myself on this thought process frequently. If we keep things new and exciting I tend to think less.
Other people though? Not unless it's a "Oh shoot.... Did I pay the nanny???"
I do however have a difficult time becoming sexually attracted to anyone apart from my spouse... Even if I wanted to it would take work. I would have to know the person before ever being remotely sexually interested in the person
