When Donald Trump became President he, through a team of advisors, adjusted the Manual for Courts Martial to the extent where everything the Black Hats were doing from the top down was a crime and if they repeated it they could be charged and if found guilty, executed.

While the Trump team and military went to work dismantling the Deep State, the Cabal, they all continued to commit the same crimes, which means that under the new rules they can charge everyone who needs to be charged. This also includes civilians who were previously excluded.

Here is the most recent update to the Manual for Courts Martial along with the 2023, 2019, 2016 and 2012 versions.

Jurisdiction is covered under Rule 202. I put each of the texts into a online text checker - there were zero substantive changes made to Rule 202 or any other text dealing with jurisdiction. The biggest change was moving from breaking up the word confinement over two lines to having it on a single line.

Also, Malcolm Turnbul BROADENED the Australian definition of treason (mostly so that the government could better deal with the issue of attempts by foreign governments to interfere with our elections).

Nothing in that changes jurisdiction when it comes to the UMCJ and jurisdiction over civilians. Last change in that regard was 2007.
