The fact-checking organization even falsely labeled the respected medical journal as a “news blog” to discredit its Covid vaccine findings. This is one of many fake fact checks from Lead Stories, which is verified by Poynter and funded in part by Beijing-based ByteDance, the Democratic National Committee, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

You have no constitutional rights against private social media companies. None. If courts tried to do anything about social media moderation they would be violating the companies' rights to free speech. Conservative politicians have insisted that private corporations have a right to free speech. These companies can set their own rules on speech and even enforce them whimsically and there's nothing you can do about it. Your politicians are simply grandstanding to you or they themselves don't understand the law.
