Highway anxiety

So I'm having anxiety about the highways. Today I had to travel on the hwy for something but I couldn't do it .

Now tommorow I have to drive the HWYs to attend an info session on a college campus.

I'd feel better with someone driving with me but.. I don't have anyone for that.

I'm really anxious about it.

I did it but I was so anxious. It's been a minute since I had an anxiety attack. But I made it there and back. Have to do it again in April.

I wonder If the anxiety will ever go away.

I get that, too. I don't like driving out of town.
I just pray a lot and listen to Christian music as I have no choice as to drive out of town sometimes.
