Blessings / reps how does it work?

I'm knew here.

I note that I have some Blessings and shed full of rep points (thanks to whoever gave them to me).

If I give Blessings / Reps do they deduct from my balance?

I note that some people have a cross with a heart on their posts, how come I don't have that?

When you rep someone, it does NOT deduct from yours.

When you bless someone, it DOES deduct from your blessings.

You do not have a cross with heart because it is so others can donate blessings to you.
You can not donate blessings to yourself.
