Chaz Chinsethagid faces a criminal complaint filed in Tulsa federal court that alleges one count each of attempted coercion or enticement of a minor, receipt and distribution of child [XXX] and sexual exploitation of children.
[After he solicited an undercover cop posing as a 14 year old girl online] A search of Chinsethagid’s Facebook profile by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations Division, which investigated the case, revealed posts regarding church, including Easter service at Riverview Baptist Church in Bixby, according to the affidavit.
A review of the church’s website indicated that Chinsethagid was on staff as a youth minister, the affidavit says.
Riverview Baptist Church officials released a statement in response to a request for comment that says in part that Chinsethagid is no longer employed by the church and that they are cooperating with law enforcement.
