Example,

"I wonder"

said the flounder,

"Is the cod a pike?"

This to avoid disrupting other threads.

Would like to reply to @partinobodycular

from the thread, "What are you listening to"

Nothing special, just continue the conversation.

To @partinobodycular,

don't know if this helps in any way it is a concept within Chaddism.

"And G-d happened upon Balaam......."
(numbers 23:4)

To the evil prophet Balaam, G-d "happened"

Such is the hallmark of evil and unholiness is an attitude of "it just happened".

In holiness, nothing is coincidental every event is significant and purposeful.

The Chassidic Masters.

In the version I use it says Numbers 23:4, "And G-d chanced upon Balaam...."

I wonder,
In the NT there is a story of the majority trusting the experts, and almost losing their lives because of it.

Today we hear doctor this proffessor that and others with letters after their names.

All well and good for the most part,

there are exceptions though, one would be,

Acts of the Apostles 27:10-11+

Well, just wondering.

How about Joshua 9:1-14?

Makes me wonder, what happened?

Rahab in Jeriko and Moses father in law both had heard what Israels Gud had done in Egypt

and among the inhabitants of the lands promised to Israel, and the Gibeonites.

What has happened to the wonder and awe of the Almighty?

Well, it is possible for the majority to be wrong and to be assuming the experts are right. And this can be like how the Jewish leaders trusted what seemed like obvious evidence . . . in Joshua 9:1-14 . . . when the evidence was fake. And they needed to consult with the LORD (Joshua 9:14), to make sure with God . . . no matter how things looked.

Joshua 9:14?

Joshua 9:24-25
they feared for their lives.

They had heared what Israels God had done

Joshua 9:18-19
Nevertheless the chieftains of Israel did not break the vow that was given.

An electric watercooker boils water real fast,

I wonder if it is possible to boil poatoes in it,

it would streamline my cooking.

No, it turns itself off as soon as it is boiling.

Mary Poppins makes everything look easy though.

She just snaps her fingers.

"Huh,how did you do that?
